Coffee

How is it that I've made it over a week in the blogging world without talking about coffee? I love coffee. I love coffee. I need coffee. I REALLY need coffee today. I. Love. Coffee.

The virus from the pit of you-know-where has invaded my house, and I have escaped it thus far, thank you LORD! But my girls both have high fevers and were up last night at LEAST 18 times, and no I am not exaggerating.

I had a delicious latte this morning which woke me up just enough to not let me sleep right now, while everyone's napping. Never fear, I will get sleepy... right about the time that everyone wakes up :)

There were no viruses before the fall of man, right? So how did they come about? Adam and Eve certainly didn't get colds, since the world was perfect. So, did God create little bugs that invade our bodies as part of the curse? Or were they there and dormant, and the fall caused them to come alive? OR, are viruses really little tiny demons? No, that's not right.
Things that make you go hmmmmm..... or maybe things that make you go, "Go get another latte, Jenny!" Why am I thinking about things such as these?

I think today will be one of my 2-latte days. Better go make one before I crash.

Something else to think about: Was there coffee before the fall? Did Adam and Eve have any 2-latte days?

Like you, I am OBSESSED with coffee...I swear it's running through my veins. I can't remember the last time I drank a glass of water!

I, too, am totally obsessed with coffee. I love it! And I love your blog name. I am amazed at how many bloggers I've met that know my husband! That's so funny that your husband used to sing with him in Voicemale. Although I didn't know Andy at the time, I know ALL about Voicemale. :) Remember Jason Folkmann? Didn't he sing with the group, as well? To this day, he and Andy STILL sing together.

It's also funny that you actually stayed at Andy's house! I'll pass along the compliment about the lasagna to Patty (his mom). She'll appreciate hearing it, so many years later! She is an awesome cook, so I'm not surprised you've never tasted a better lasagna. You know what's weird? I've known Andy for 8 years, and I've never eaten his mom's lasagna. In fact, I'm not even sure she's baked a lasagna since then...That's too funny.

Nice "meeting" you as well, and thanks for checking out my blog! I'll be sure to stop again, fellow coffee lover!

Riddle me this.

Were there cockroaches in Eden?

I say NO. Cockroaches are a sign of the Fall. Ditto for mosquitoes.

Actually I read somewhere that there were not all the viruses around back then nor gene mutations, which explains why the OT guys lived for 900 years. There was nothing around yet to kill them.
