This Friday's theme will be...
Drumroll, please....
Egg dishes.
It's cold outside. There is nothing, I repeat, NOTHING more fabulous than waking up on a chilly Saturday morning and popping an egg dish in the oven, to be enjoyed later alongside a vanilla latte.
Egg dishes even make very nice lunches, or easy pop-in the oven dinner.
I also like the fact that I can make a relatively cheap meal when eggs are my protien, compared to meat.
So.
Eggs! It's what's for dinner!
Wait. Wrong slogan.

I'm LOUSY at cooking eggs. So if you have tips plus recipes, I'm all ears. But I have to say the best egg anything I've ever had, was the ham & cheese omelet I ordered at Good Earth. Way to pick the restaurant Jenny! Mmmm, good stuff.
Blessings, Whitney
We eat eggs for dinner a lot. The kiddos never complain. It's one of the only things they don't wrinkle their noses at. Hubby is not much for breafast dinners though. Can't plaese em all I guess. Where's the recipe?
